About Getting Here

During peak season, ferries are offered daily which offer direct access from the mainland and between the islands that travel to Korčula. Route to Korčula’s Old Town are included on the main ferry line that connects Split – Hvar – Mljet – Dubrovnik. In the high season, the ferries run four – five times daily from either Split or Dubrovnik, via three companies: Kapetan Luka, Jadrolinja,and the G&V line. Guests also have the option to arrive by car as well. We have included additional details below for your convenience.

DUBROVNIK – KORČULA
BY SEA

A catamaran route to Korčula (Korčula) is currently served by 3 companies: Jadrolinija, Kapetan Luka and G&V Line. In the high season, it runs 3 or 4 journeys per day, in the low season this route does not run. Journey time is between 1 h 40 and 2 h 30 depending on the route. Tickets can be purchased online or at the point of sales at the port.

BY ROAD

To reach the Island from Dubrovnik, take D8 road to Zaton (Doli) and turn left there to D414 road that leads to Orebić. There you will take a short 15min ferry crossing to Domince on Korcula, which is a 10 min drive from the hotel. Ferry tickets can be purchased online or at the point of sales at the port. It is a first-come-first-served basis and can carry about 60 cars. Total traveling time is about 2h 30.

A catamaran route to Korčula is currently served by 2 companies: Kapetan Luka and Jadrolinija. In the high season, it runs 5 journeys per day, in the low season -1 journey per day. Journey time is between 2h 30 and 3h 30 depending on the route. Tickets can be purchased online or at the point of sales at the port.

BY ROAD

A drive to Korčula would entail both driving and taking a car ferry over to the island. From Split, a 3 h 30 drive (via Ston) would take you to Orebić. There you will take a short 15min ferry crossing to Domince on Korcula, which is a 10 min drive from the hotel. Ferry tickets can be purchased online or at the point of sales at the port. It is a first-come-first-served basis and can carry about 60 cars. Ferry runs 14 times a day in the offseason and 18 times a day in the peak season.

This route to Vela Luka (40 mins’ drive from Stowaway Suites) is currently served by 1 company: Jadrolinija. This is the only car ferry connecting Split and Korcula island. In the high season, it runs 3 journeys per day, in the low season – 2 or 3 journeys per day. Journey time is between 2 hours 10 minutes and 2 hours 45 minutes depending on the route. Ferry tickets can be purchased online or at the point of sales at the port. It is a first-come-first-served basis.
